they get to a nice size, 20g would be a good size for a couple. They can be noisy but its kind of cool to hear. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kC7q-Kn3Bmo
thats funny you posted that,i looked at all those last night while you were all enjoying your lives, lol. Thanks though,i mainly wondered if they do it all night.See i love birds and want a parrot so bad they seem to take to me realy good, but i think the noise would kill me after a while, lol. Thanks for the help guys.:)

yeah those are the ones i handle the most, love them.My house is 2 small and i got 2 cats. They can be anoying enough as it is.Until i move to a bigger place some day i hold off on the bird. Those guys sure are fun though.

BTW- My tree frog doesnt croak all night. Maybe for like 10 minutes at a time, then he stops, hunts, etc. It doesnt annoy me.

I used to have a whites, he croaked a bit more, but he wasnt in my bedroom.

i have a pair of whites treefrogs. i have two in a 25 high. my larger one is about 5 yrs old now and was a cb blue whites treefrog. (i think the bluer/brighter green ones come from australia). this one i am sure is female as it has never croaked. (it did make a little squeak a few times a couple yrs ago when i set up a rain chamber in hopes of having my pair mate. otherwise she makes no noise whats so ever). the female also sits out in the open and sleeps all day under the uv flourescent light i have. the other one i have is a male and likes to hide during the day when he sleeps. this one i believe is a wc one. i also think it is from indonesia becuase he stays brown at all times (he sometimes, but rarely gets a dark olive green color). ive had him for 3 yrs. he was probably a yr old already when i got him. he doesnt really make noise either. during the day i can make him croak by making croaking sounds at him. otherwise at night he stays quiet unless there is a noise in the house that he croaks at. usually only a few calls for a couple minutes and thats it. the female will eat out of my hand and hunt during the day. the male wont. ive only seen him eat a few times when the light is on. he is active only at night. whites treefrogs do well in low and high humidity. same with temps. my temps range from about 70 at night to 80 during the day. dont keep to damp though. they will get sick if they are sitting on damp substrate all the time. my enclosure is pretty dry. i just mist a little during the day.
