I got this guy tonight. He was labled as mixed South American. I thuoght for 10 bucks why not. He is about 4 inches. looks to me like a fh/midas maybe, here are some pics,

Face reminds me of a Red Devil, but since its from an unknown source, its safe to say MiDevil. There is NO Blood parrot in this fish lol.
 
yeah looks like a nice little midevil to me, looks like its gonna be a great fish when it puts some size on
 
i actually saw a fish that looked just like this one today at petsmart that came in with the blood parrot shipment, they had it in with the blood parrots and i was like oh wow it actually looks more midas/red devil and the guy was like yeah i know but it came in with the BPs.... so maybe there are just some less deformed hybrids mixed up in the chain petstores' shipments right now?
 
Nice Central American cichlid.................Far from being a pure Red Devil, but more close to a MIDAS...........Might be mixed blood, but has the showing properties of a mIDAS...........Get 75g tank ready it.............MIDAS grow pretty quick, reaching 12 inches withn a year.............
