lol,,, its good to work for a large casino. flooring is plumped for radiant heat off a propane tank, same for water heater. the hot work station (welding) will be between the bay doors. the boiler, hot water tank compressor will be on a loft above the office space, air will be plumped through out the bays along with electrical. next 2 or 3 weeks a 440 service panel goes in. looking to get 2 floor lifts in by November for servicing the vehicles. we have been working in the freezing cold for 7 years. its time we got a heated shop,

casino located in the cascade foot hills, about 3 miles from the pass. come winter its not uncommon for me to stay at work for 30 or 40 hours for snow removal. I have been sleeping on a cot in my office, before then on the floor, no showers, i run my employees on 12 hour shifts around the clock. casino has no problem us doing none work stuff, long as we supply the material.

yup it will, I actually pushed for a 50 by 100, but like a law sute(sp) ask for more expecting it to be less. capitol expense was set for 130k. this was just for the pore, radiant heating and the building itself. we over ran by 17k, A large do to the pore. ended up being 12" instead of 6" do to the radiant heating depth needed along with the insulation and extra re bar and wire mesh needed.
