who else got snook fry

I have 6 of the original 7 I got from the guy that supplies Ira. I now have 2 pairs of breeders and 2 extras. The pairs are about 9". Very easy fish to raise. They are starting to get there colors in too.

Any chance of some pictures? Really curious to see what they will look like :)
 
Let me see what I can do on the pics. They are no different than the reds as far as size and temperament go (so they get upwards of 20" and are fairly mellow). I feed mine NLS, Tetra JumboMin and occasionally some feeders/rosey reds and they don't seem to like frozen market shrimp. Not bloat prone at all. Tip for you guys...crumble up the JumboMin for the little guys. They go crazy for it and will grow faster as JumboMin has a higher protein %.

is there any species aggression with these guys when they get big , or are they mellow all the way around. also are the bigger guys active
 
I'm glad to see so many people adding to this thread. I don't have one these snooks yet but I enjoy learning about them. Reading other people's experiences with them is priceless. BTW I'll take all of the unwanted fry:)
