here is my 1969 Sidewinder Lopro speed boat
18'
Ford 302 V8 engine pushing almost 320 horsepower
the fastest i have had it going is 65mph i will go a little faster in calm water

Our boat is slow and heavy. We put a low end prop on it, so top speed is now about 30 mph. For us, it's all about the wake--the bigger, the better. Getting ready for some major board action.

We have a nice wake to surf on.
