Who else has a Flag Tail/Fei Feng

From I have read around here, Fei Feng's wen juvies does not have the red coloring in the tail and fin area right? Is that right?

I was looking at a LFS last week and I noticed that they have tiny flag tails but they do not have the pretty red tails and fins yet although I saw a tint of red starting to appear. They also had yellow flags I think.

Are they are yellow flags because not tint of red at all???

It might be a case to case basis. My smallest FF is 3" and his fins and tail's stripes already deep red.
