Who got Blackberry?

lol, mine didnt come with that though. i got a cover thing, but its mainly just to protect the screen. i can use the phone when i have it on.
the password thing isnt bad though
 
i HAD the pearl....not touch screen - it was pooopydooopy
then i got the sidekick...then i broke it....lol which i started an 18month contract on! bummer
 
I like it more than the sidekick because of the more free customization. It seemed like if you wanted customized ringtones you had to buy them. I have a sweet theme on mine that looks like my Vista computer at work. I love it. :)

I used to do support for blackberry's when they first hit the market, were day traders tools and were new technology.. :)

my support primarily involves how the BB interacts with the Lotus Notes email network, not so much the BB themselves. Every once in a while I have to help someone create an email filter or figure out how to add contacts or stuff like that, but for the most part it involves how the BB synchronizes with the internal network. :)

Ah.. yeah we worked mostly with Charles Schwab, Goldman, etc as a third party for when their software installed on the BB's had problems, or the customer had problems syncing, or customer had problems with qoutes/etc. Also did palm stuff too. And email filters.. lol A ton of different stuff actually. So a little different but the same I guess. :) This was way back in '01 but cool to see there's someone else doing something similar. :)

I have a blackberry curve. I love it. Everything is great on it. No complaints, no problems. And mine is red :)
