WHO GOT THEIR RAYS FROM BRAD ALREADY?

I don't think brad is ripping him off(think most of us know that), and honestly I have no problem with someone selling fish not in their possession at the moment as long as they're coming soon but 2 months is far to long of a lead time.
Did you call him on his work phone, and asked for him? If you cannot contact him, then ask Paypal to refund the proceeds. I've never dealt with him, other than phone contacts, and mostly inquiring questions. I too, am leery about purchasing fish that has not yet arrived. My suggestion is to contact him by phone and resolve the matter personally. If he is not responding, then procees with the conflict resolution with Paypal. The only explination would be that he is using the customers money to aquire the fish in the first place. A risky situation for the buyer.
IMO a fish should not be put up for sell if the seller does not have possession of said fish. If the seller has not ever laid eyes on the fish yet, how does he know the condition of the fish to price it accordingly?

Man you guys are quick. First Dat posted this for people who have got my rays. Not others. When he sent the money I told him it would be alittle while as I have other orders. He was fine with that. Now for Chad, did the collections call you yet? you are a scam. and Toby another scam. I sell great fish. All my rays are very very nice. I would have sent Dats fish weeks ago but we have had weather problems. I was ready to ship his fish this week. But no I'm just going to re-fund. I'm done with internet sales. If anyone wants rays. they can call. But I'm done with this. Ive been in contact with everyone. I'm not trying to scam anyone. Just may take alittle longer. as I work another 50hour job. just mods please close this. as all the people will feed on it. Anyone have any questions please call

Yes I did get the notice, tried to contact them today but did not get a call back. I am going to tell them that I am refusing to make said payment for fish I NEVER recieved. See you in court...
With all the evidence showing you have a history of bad dealings with customers good luck to you.
IMO the mods should not close this thread. That would just give Brad the freedom to go about busniess as usual.
Your future customers have a right to know about your business practice, and your integrity as a business person.
