The thing about having all those tanks is your water and electric bill increases but I'm sure paying an extra few hundred dollars is month is worth it.
We don't have water and sewer bills here. I have well water with a septic system.... no costs for that at all!
What do you guys use for power strips on multiple tanks, does each tank have their own ? I have three tanks and find it's more probable that water will spill if you have a bunch of power strips scattered around. I'm thinking about setting up just one power strip that all my tanks can plug into.
We keep the power strips mounted on the inside of the stand vertically with a drip loop so no water gets into them. On my double stack it's zip tied to the back for now between the tanks, not sure if that will change. When I had a wall I had mounted the strips to the wall behind the tanks high enough for a drip loop, when there were extra outlets I put the plastic child safety things in them to keep any water out that might splash but it rarely was a worry.
