I'm drewling over that last pic.....Any guesses on the aquarium gallonage those monsters are contained in????I definately would not mind haveing a setup of Red Devils in which there are more 5 full grown males living together PEACEFULLY.....Nice shot....O, BTW, could it be true, a 20+ inch RD?!I've seen a 22inch Oscar at the old Steinhart and maybe 18inch RD's, but no 20+.....

where did you see a 22 inch oscar????? please pics of this beast

the largest RD I've ever seen pics of was 17-18" but to be fair there was nothing in the pic for size comparison. I think that is about the biggest a RD/midas is ever gonna get. true red devils usually max out at 10-12" but midas do get a little larger in the 12-14" range. sure you'll occasionally run into the jumbo freak that'll get a little bigger but I think 20" is more of a fairy tail.

Rally, that is one of the most awesome tanks I've ever seen. I can't wait to get back to the Shedd Aquarium. I meant to get up there last summer but it didn't work out. I definitely am going to try to get up there again by this summer. :D
