I'm probably opening myself up for attacks but, I've eaten close to 100 of my aquarium fish over the years. The best was leopard shark. Arowanas are pretty tasty, too. I've sampled: TSNs, tilapia, grouper, pacus, oscars, red devils, piranhas, puffers, clown knives, etc. Has anyone else enjoyed their hobby for dinner?

HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAaa..
I can't believe it!!

Blacked..fried.. broiled ..grilled..baked?!

I couldn't think about eating my fishies!!!!

Why don't you just chop up a cat and eat it?!?!

and I'm serious. :naughty:

never will try

i had a salmon once
but i dident eat that exact one

texas cichlid, some dumbass let it go in a reservoir over here and i caught him ona worm thinkin he was a wierd sunny and he was over 2in thick and 1foot long so he was food

better then bass

Whaddaya mean, eat my cat? I see fish in the seafood dept at the grocery store. I don't see cat in the meat department.

Think about it... I filter my tanks to the point of water polishing. There are no boat batteries, factory effluent pipes, garbage scows, peeing fishermen, pesticide/fertilizer runoff, crapping birds, missing people, etc in my tanks. My fish get fresh foods (usually better than what I have myself). So, why not harvest them when they outgrow my tanks and I can't find takers for them? I won't release them into local waters and wish them the best of luck. And flushing them is not an option without a Ronco Bass-o-matic (SNL reference).

Been there done that:) Mostly Tilap species (spotted) after they were grown and I found out it was highly illegal to keep them in FL unless dead and for eating:) lemon pepper/butter, tin foil, in the oven on broil.....don't hate :hitting: And cat....well, had a Korean roomate for a long time and found out later :22_yikes: hahahahha

Ive eatin aussie aro before. It was wild though.

Tasted like ****.
