Hmmm I thought Germans were just a strain of a mutation, not a hybrid. Next to no one can export, let alone acquire other species besides Rankins. I only know of Bob Mailloux with Mitchells dragons and I know a few have easterns (coastals?)
i barely ever see rankins i dont know where you live but here the most common is the inland beardie, they are a bit smaller than the costal beardie and much larger than the rankins dragon which maxes out at like 14 or 15 inches. i am not 100% sure that the german giant is a strain or hybrid, but this is just what ive read. ill check then post. thanks for your input
eok so i looked up the rankins and german giants, rankins get around 10-12 inches, and german giants were stock inland bearded dragons from north australia which were imported to papau new ginea from there germans foun them and brought them back home. back then germans were leading in herp studies. anyways, they did selectively breed them to what hey are now.
