Who has the biggest monster saltwater fish here?

ive been having problems with nitrates even though thier is only 4 fish in almost 400g of water but im workin on getting more rock and some vortech's for flow, im also gonna add a fuge or a biodenitrator.
Yeah, or instead of the refugium, you could just pack tons of cheatmorpha in and behind the rocks.
i know when he was small around 4-5" he was blue/yellow and thier is a grouper called a blue/yellow grouper that looked like him when he was small but now with adult couours thier are a few that look very simular and i cant tell forshure. the lfs thinks hes a speckled grouper but i dont think so and the 2 or 3 others dont really have common names just latin which im not gonna try remembering
as far as the macro,id rather just plumb a small tank underneth since i have room for 1, i want to fill the tank up with softies like zoo's and some leathers just to look nicer
