Who has the largest geophagus?

Just wondering who here has the biggest geophagus. Ive never seen one larger than a couple inches, never an adult.

I talk to someone who apparently has a pair of geo surinemensis that are approx 11 inch.

I didnt know they could reach that though...

11inches? wow, I read they dont pass 6-7 inches. Intresting, I may need a bigger tank.

a friend of mine has a pair of 'surinamensis' that are about 10", the male has streamers that are an additional 4". They definitely get pretty large

This bad boy is at least 11", and it is pretty massive as well.
