Who has the largest geophagus?

Nice Geos and pics. What do you guys feed yours? I want mine to get big as fast as they could. So far they chow down on frozen bloodworms and frozen market shrimp.

same here with the exception that i give mine hikari pellets too
 
Yeah I throw in hikari pellets for the giant danios, but the geos wont touch it unless they start to sink, but by that time its already gone.

No, that fish is not mine. It belongs to a public aquarium. My "red cap" altifron is only about 8" long. I feed my hikari bio-gold plus, excel, krills and blood worms.

I have a 7-8" Brasiliensis and a 4" Red Hump. I have had my big geo for a over a year now and got him at about 2.5" though so don't expect yours to grow really fast. After a while though the growth rate won't even matter to you because they are such great fish. GL
