Who Has The Largest "WOOD"

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Wyldfya,
Your correct as much as we attempted we had to cut her in half to get it to fit.
The tank is 770gallons (10'L x 4'H x 3'W). Here's a few pictures of the "wood" now in place.

* Drilling a hole for the stainless steel rod to attach the halves back together in the tank.

* Cutting in half, did the back 75% then force the split to the front so the look would be more natural.

* Now in 2 pieces

* Even though it's in 2 pieces, each piece still feels like a ton

* Finally in. even though I had to cut a lot, It still has the general shape I can work with into the rest of the aquascaping design.

No I found them!! My parents live really close to an Island called Baldhead Island, NC. This is where I collect all the driftwood. You have to have a shallow hulled boat (less than 1 foot in the water) to get to the "certain" part of the island I get it from. I don't want to give it away but that piece that I found isn't even the nicest piece that I found on that island!! I'm renting a bigger boat to get the piece I really want next weekend..............Let me know if anyone wants some cause I sell pieces too.
