who here likes emos?

hahah, now emo is about your image.......you guys are funny. the emo music came about from the hardcore rock scene. not some whiny ass music. this **** gets down, makes ya mad at the world and people like gothic who feel the need to put someone down because he dont feel right about himself. the music doesnt make you wanna sit there and cry, it makes you wanna get up and smash something or someone, like the ex girlfriend who broke your heart by cheating with your best friend or the people who never believed in you before you made it to something. i believe there are a LOT of stupid ass trends, i mean in the 80's dudes dressed up like chicks. just because someones image is a little odd from the outside and they listen to some certain type of music doesnt make them the same as the guy next to him who dresses the same way and listens to the same music. people are individualistic. there will always be leaders and followers. do me a favor everyone. go to Atreyu's website and listen to some of their music....Right side of the bed...for example...or Trivium...falling to grey. they are some bad ass songs. if you listen to the lyrics they are talking about emotional stuff. you listen to the music though and there is nothing whiny about it. check out Atreyu and Trivium. you wont be disappointed

i saw Trivium open up for Danzig. they are an excellent very musically talented metal band. but that picture is hysterical. everybody has got their own thing though. i had a 12 inch mohawk at one point of time and devils locks down to my chest. I just think the word EMO is funny.
