Who is the best Bond villian?

I think the best villans will always be Goldfinger and Blofeld, and I've always thought of Jaws as a henchman not a true villian-still a badass character though

Agreed,as bad as he was Jaws was a henchman...I have a tie between Scaramanga and Mr.Big.

I don't know my villains too well, but my vote goes to Jaws as well...even though he is but a lowly henchman....
