Who is the fin nipper?

So in a the last few days I have noticed that my 10" oscars tail and dorsal fin is starting to get nipped. Who would be the culprit?

4" male Pink Convict
4" Black Belt
4" Synspilum, theres 3 in the tank
7" female Blood Parrot

I think it might be the convict but I don't know if Vieja (Paratheraps) are fin nippers. Obviously isn't the parrot
 
I had a pair of convicts and one of them was a constant bully and nipped tail fins until the day I got rid of him.

I had a Convict that did the same until it got too brave with my male Festae. That was his last time nipping fins. It could also be another one of your cichlids. Wait a little while after you turn out the lights on the tank and see if you can spot the culprit. If you have your fish in a small tank this will happen too sometimes.

Its a 130 gallon. I moved the convict just to be safe, I think it started when I removed some of the decor in the tank.

Its your Black Belt. Do you also notice scales missing? Oscars are awesome fish but they are more laid back than the Central Americans. That combo rarely works. Black Belts use that pointy little mouth for unprovoked attacks on just about any fish. The slower ones suffer.
