who keeps tortoises?

lets see those shelled warriors I have a spur thighed wat do u have
 
I have 3 sulcata tortoises, I don't have any recent pics of them but from like 3 years ago as hatchlings. I'll get some more when they are out in the morning. Here are two of them a few years ago when we got them from tortoise the supply.com The other one we have was a rescue off craigslist and he is much larger than the 2 we got as hatchlings.

 
I have a sulcata and a couple kinixys homeana. The sulcata is almost 6 and is probably around 16" SCL by now, haven't measured since spring. Hingebacks are all pretty much grown up and max out at around 8"... I've had my oldest one for about 10 or so years now.


 
I would recommend spur thigheds, however u need cites documents micro chipping an all that, kinda like an Asian arrow

I'm not sure where you're from but we don't need that kind of documentation to keep Sulcatas in the US. And sadly, we can not keep Asian Arros here. :(
 
no I don't mean sulcatas I mean greeks its wat we call em ova here
