They look like really bad pics of Tilapia mariae. Which is probably why the seller isn't IDing them completely. These Tilapia are considered an invasive species and obtaining, transporting, or possessing them is unlawful in most states.

boy I really don't know but I would say it's not a festae if anything maybe a Uro but it doesn't really look exactly like either. The stripes seem to faint near the front. Probably what oddball said. Cause I have no idea what that fish even is other than I recognize Tilapia lol
