I'm concerned about my future marketability and there's an opening that I've been contacted for by a recruiter. Not unhappy at my current employment, but it's just the nature of the job that concerns me down the road...

I believe our economy is directly related to our workforce. It won't improve until individuals are happy with their work and we find a better way of doing most jobs. Seems like technology is moving faster than humans...

I've just got a new job and i'm waiting to be released by my old one.
