I currently have a bullhead, a longear sunfish, and a crayfish. All caught from creeks around me. I'm hoping to get a larger tank so I can get more. Here are a few pics.

i raise bluegill and keep red breast sunfish, channel catfish that are native to where i am at. i also have a bullhead cat in my collection too 
Picked up some little natives recently, 3, 3" small mouth bass, and 1 3" Large mouth bass, have had a 14" channel cat for a few years

They are not illegal to keep in the US or Illinois, Scotts pet shop in Weschester IL, sells native fish from hatcheries. Most fish are in tanks, but I do have a outdoor grrden pond thats 12' long x 8' wide x 3' deep.
Inside I have a 130 gal, 125 gal, 75 gal, (2) 55 gal, (3) 40 gal, (3) 30 gal, (2) 29 gal, (2) 20 gal, (8) 10 gal, & a 7.5 gal aquariums.
