it is often difficult for me to round up more than a couple people to move something like that.
My father in-law and I have become very good at moving 6' tanks, if need be just rent a fridge cart (bonus fridge carts don't drink beer!!) lol Good luck

Speaking from the other side of the fence :

I own a few apartments and have a no pet clause. No exceptions even for a goldfish bowl or a parakeet.

Not worth the effort even with proper insurance, too much of a hassle to deal with.

Not trying to start an argument but here in Ontario if your renting already you cant be stopped from having pets. If you havent signed yet you can say you dont want the person to have a pet. after signing though even if it says no pets its void. its a weird grey area,
this is from personal experience

I rent and will be getting a 125 gal tank this summer. I have a 55 gal 20 gal and 36 gal. Our landlord is great we have 3 dogs a baby and no deposite. It's crazy but where we live it's hard to rent a place out for longer then a season. We take good care of the house and they know it. I'm getting an acrylic tank because they are much lighter don't crack easy so moving one is less stress then a glass tank.

I'm not worried too muh about it. The next house we move to will be our own. It all depends on the landlord and house.

If you are worried about moving the tank go for acrylic.

i rent... the trick is to not move every few years... if all goes right ill be here for atleast another 5....
