I have fed him by hand from when i got him, just a few splash on the water surface and he comes out, thats unless he is there waiting when i get home LOL
And i cant believe it, tonight he taken his pellets

I have been giving him colour enhancing pellets in his food to see if it gets his colours coming out more, do thik it will do much, they are Cichlid gold Hikari.

very nice...10 weeks?!?!?! wow hes gonna be a beast!! got mine at 2.5" and they are just over 4" at 12 days
He has growna little faster than i expected i must admit, the reason for the upgrade tank sooner then expectd also, i am doing the boring bit of knocking the holes in the walls to get the tank in.
Do you think the colour enhabcing pellets are doing anything to the colours or do threy not realy have much affect on all fish, if there noy going to do much i mite aswell save using them, i tyhink they are on my silver aro, getting loveky red fins and gill cover etc
