To the OP I love your tank and fishes. The huge albino ID shark is awesome and your aro looks NICE! I would love to see/hear more about your filtration system. 8 weeks without water changes with those parameters would be awesome!
thanks ECW for a nice words... yeah. i had learn how to dance with the music... we need thick skin in the site... most members are arrogant and harsh as if they are the expert...LOL! sooner, i will be posting a blog about the DIY dinitrator... i am just trying to convince myself the project really works and will surely works anywhere in the world...

Let's go back to elementary school my friend- what you have highlighted is called punctuation. I was referring to your grammar, which is so bad that some of your ideas are incoherent. Below are a few examples:

“I'm suck with number”
“It's solely about someone's interested...”
“Fish is suffer in whatever size tank you keep it!”
“Isn't that why they prohibit to release fish that has been in tank back into lake or river?”
“Neither you brag about your fish, nor share any idea.”

This last one is pure poetry:

“There's nothing to do with the fish in fishkeeping.”

What does it have to do with if not the fish? Birds? This is not birdkeeping.

But let's get back on topic. Did you read about how plants like nitrates? Be a little more open-minded and you might actually learn something.

nice fish and filtration:)

My aro was raised with cory cats and geos ranging from 3-8" without a problem. Until he reached 17", everything was doing fine. The tank got cramp for him with all the driftwood and rocks. So I moved him into another tank with other monsters and no decor.

I have not been back to this arowana sub-forum in several months, and I happened to pick out this thread to read... a heated one as most threads in this forum usually get :) I remember the last one being from a member named dayak(?)

I raised my jardini from 3" to ~21"-23" in a 125g long in a 24-month period. It didn't tolerate any tank mates (even big pleco's) so it was kept as a solo. May be my tank was so small that was causing him being mean all the time, or may be it's just the way he was.

Anyway, can't wait to see you sharing ideas about a DYI denitrator system, OP!
