So getting things together for my switch from salt to Fresh. I was thinking of dropping a couple air stones in there the I came across some LED bubble wands, that you can bend into shape. That got me thinking..... I found myself a huge show size piece of driftwood, it's soaking in a tub now, however when I get this bad boy set up & running, I could get the led bubble wand & wrap it kinda around the base of this driftwood. Give it a little accent lighting along the base & add a few bubbles to the tank at the same time.

Thought?

here it was as salt...

Just added some to my 72 and really like them. But, they make the tank a lot louder

I use a bubble wand to help with circulation.

That tank looked amazing as a SW setup btw. I love how you had the pillars for circulation. That looks amazing!

I had those led bubbles wands the one that isnt bendable was a pain always coming undone. Dont know about the bendable ones. They looked good when working well though and help with oxygen :)

I'de be worried about it getting airbubbles trapped and floating it.. but if thats not an issue do well they can look pretty neat. BTW I woulda killed for some nice tonga branches like those back in the day.

it's awesome tonga branch & it's huge. Funny thing is no one local to me even seems interested in it. I got it for sale for 3.00 lb locally but nobody seems interested. I've been wondering if It would be a issue putting it in my FW set-up I'm in the process of doing, only because its so unique shape wise. I know it won't be good for SW later down the road but I don't think ill ever find another piece of rock like that.
