Who uses their fish to fall asleep?

I love to watch my fish to fall a sleep.When I do I sleep so good from the sound of the wave maker.

I have a 55g in my bedroom with discus. It hardly makes any sound at all. Sometimes I watch before falling asleep, but mostly when I wake up.
When an occasional Sinspilum jumps out of his tank in the living room, some 50 feet away, I wake up. That's why they are all still alive.
