Who wants to trade natives?

Anyone know if you can trade bluegill in Ca? I dont see them on the restricted list and you can have them shipped by a legit vendor, but since they are native-ish I'm not sure if they can be traded or given away locally.

Im looking for some real small fish like 1-3"

ya text me back i lost the number. im saying i can get them and when i do get them. i should be able to get them within a week
