Dude, a couple of those bands are from the united states, or have much of their listener base here. Get off yer high horse, some of that isn't 'metal' and is more like mtv pop music.

Just to clarify....by mtv pop music i mean SOAD, disturbed, and rammstein. Its not really "pop" per se but its very commerical POPular and not very metal.

For the record, i love rammstein.
