Im almost certain its a smood softshell turtle Apalone mutica. It cernatly has a odd face that resembles the face of some african softys but thouse are diferent.

We're trying really hard to keep everything outside that can handle the climate down here. I'm working with handful of tropical turtles and tortoises. Fly Rivers turtles are one of my "goal" animals. Which means its a turtle I want to breed and say I bred them.. I want to maybe one day "brag" somewhat that I breed them on a constant basis. But we're long from that... I think I'll be breeding our group within 8-12yrs from now, unelss I find larger animals available (that are not males)

Its not an easy process, building material, labor, time, money, is all out of my pocket. So its a slow but steady process.
