I lost 2 convicts and their entire swam of babies to a 3" oscar

Not much $$$ but it was my first and only successful breeding ever...my current pink convicts don't seem to be straight :S

ive had both eaten or tried to eat....
80 dollar VATF killed by temensis...which is only 3 dollars.
13 clown loaches eaten by a few endlis...in one night.
i know theres more....

This is kind of mine but My dad's friend had a 11" RTC and he just got ripped off by buying a 12" Silver Aro for $70 (Aros are usually cheaper around here) The RTC ate the Aro and he brought the fish to me in a 5 gal bucket and asked if I could save his aro which was already down the gullet. Then a knife was brought into light and I quickly suggested that the aro my have already been dead and that he would lose 2 fish because he trys to save one. I put him in the tank thinking that once he calmed down that he might throw up, but he didn't. He ended up giving me the RTC which soon died because he couldnt deal with the large snack.

but hey I'm still winning. lol

at a local store there was a 14 inch tiger oscar that they wanted 200 dollars for, i wanted 6 goldfish to feed my bass, they charged me for the oscar. i walked out of the store with the oscar and carried it to my friends 150 gallon tank, went to walmart and bought feeders. i filed suit against the store and when they got served papers, they refunded my money. expensive, but free 14 inch oscar...

My roommate bought a pretty rare blackfoot lionfish and in about 5 minutes was eaten by his Hawaiian spotted eel. I didn't even know anything could eat a lionfish.... since they are poisonous

about three weeks ago a different friend went fly fishing in florida and caught a 20 inch oscar, and following the moving a monster thread, carried back to louisiana, and but it in a 250 gallon tank. it ate right at 700 dollars worth of fish in a community tank overnight.

i've had £10 disticodus eaten by my tsn, a £35(!) p-bas eaten by a perruno, and, most expensively for me anyway, a spanner barb that was a birthday presnt from my girlfriend eaten and then the head thrown back up by my tsn. i'm still paying for that one.
