Here's a brief summary as to why such polices were implemented to our member's agreement policy:
There once was a threat to our forum due to a photo belonging to a non member that was uploaded and posted on our forum. Which is why photos in our database is considered legally in our right to use and publish. This is not intended to make any monetary gains to any of us.
As for the fine to double accounts. As you all may know, we have banned a significant number of accounts due to the fact that they all belonged to one person, who was previously banned. This man continuously registered to spam the forum.
Even though it's technically a no-use policy, due to the fact that we do not collect personal financial information from our members. Therefore, there is no way we can track anyone down to enforce the fine.
It's just to cover this forum from potential lawsuits. This is OUR protection against members or non members. Not the other way around.
