SO whos watching the Mayweather Zab fight tonight (?) I want Zab to win but

making their predictions go the other way. The marquez decision was included in espns 10 boxing upset article. That shouldve been over but Pac was doing the same thing over and over ( right jab then the straight left ) .
I didnt get to see JL Castillo going against mayweather.. ill try to download that tonght. I did see both JL Castillo vs Coralles and i think JL was robbed the first time.
Yup, it wasn't pacman's best fight, but I scored it and had him winning clearly. The rest of the fight was more or less even, but a 10-6 first round is pretty damn significant.
You're right, he just jabbed straight left over and over again. The problem was, I think in pacquiao's mind, given he almost KO'd JMM in the first - in his mind he only needed to land one more solid shot to end the fight. He just forgot you usually have to setup that solid shot, not throw it over and over
In the barrera fight and the morales rematch he had a far more complete offense. Combinations, body shots, quick flurries inside, jabs and right hooks to setup the deadly left etc
It's no surprise that barrera or marquez have no interest in a rematch. The hilarious thing was there was talk of barrera fighting BOBBY pacquiao. And pacman was like "wtf, why does he want to fight my brother? Why not me?"
Props to morales for making a 3rd fight with pacman.
I admire pacman, he's a warrior, I think he's the first fighter to start his career at 115 and win a title at 130.
It's also nice to see an Asian fighter in the spotlight, usually they are too small to be mainstream, around flyweight, even though there have been many good Asian fighters.
Wes do you think pacman is the best Asian fighter ever? I think he may be. I say he is better than fighting harada, khao galaxy etc
About chico Vs JLC the first time, some people argue it should have been stopped when chico was knocked down and spat his mouthpiece out, but you gotta admire the heart and fight in chico. He looked like he was done, then 15 seconds later JLC was on the ropes getting beaten like a ragdoll.
About mayweather, I'm rooting for judah too to pull of the upset, but unfortunately it won't happen. He's just too stupid in the ring, too undisciplined, without the focus, determination and fire to beat someone as good and complete as mayweather.
Sometimes coming off a humiliating loss instills fire in a fighter, they feel the need to redeem themselves. Either way, I think floyd is just too good to lose to zab.
It'll take someone like duran to beta mayweather, some to be on him every second of every round. Floyd has trouble with fighters like that.
Castillo came forward and timed him and roughed him up to negate the speed difference, and even little jesus chavez had a lot of success before getting stopped. And chavez is a pretty basic pressure fighter.
