Why are my fish so dark?

Thanks for all your comments. I like them dark too, but I was just checking its normal. I always thought the juveniles were meant to be much paler, then darken up as they got older. It must be the black background and black sand. The 100gal they be moved too has light sand so they might lighten up. I'll report on how they'r getting on.
