Why are there no discus feeding videos?

Well it really depends. My friends used to breed discus a lot before and he had many fry that were unsalable. The ones that need to be culled. He never had the heart to do it. If he gave them to me, I'd certainly be more than happy to use them as feeders. Heck I'll use any fish as feeders as long as they are no poisonous and are free. But I agree that paying for an expensive fish and using it as a feeder is dumb.

I didn't think about culling, that would make sense.

If you are really capable of hateing a friggin fish THAT much that you would pay $50.00 or more to see one get eaten then I think you need some help. I feel bad for the people you hate.

Thanks, I'm inspired by such deadpan heros as Beat Takeshi and Takashi Miike's fictional characters, as well as classics such as Tetsu from Tokyo drifter.
 
despite the high prices and boring nature of discus, the colors are nice and the fact that the fry feed off of slime secreted by the parents is pretty cool
 
It would be better and more entertaining to see a SH rip into a discus:grinyes:

A Peacock would just eat it whole in a split second, just like the dempsey's Trust feeds his:D
 
You know what would be cooler then that? A bullshark eating an adult snakehead!!! Sharks are the kings (and queens) or monster fish. Snakeheads are mear guppys by comparison.
 
The coolest one ( i doubt if this will ever be topped ) would be a video of rumblesushi eaten alive by ants.
