Why can't girls ever ask a guy out instead

They can and do. You need to find a better kitty den, my friend. You want to be around spunky, loud ones not shy ones.
yeah sometimes they do ... but you should watch dave chappels skit with the guy who sais " lemme holla lemme holla at ya " might not work but worth a laugh

Ive learned it the hard way
There was this one time in high school when it was my sophomore year. I really liked this girl and wanted to ask her out but was too scared. Two weeks later I saw her going out with my buddy. Made me jealous.
This is how I feel. Your going to feel dumber if you didnt ask her and then seeing her with another man a week or twoo later than you trying to ask her and getting rejected. Both are epic fails, but I rather try
