Why do I do this to myself?

So I took my piranha in today...biggest mistake purchase but oh well. So I was planning on just getting some food or something but of course not me...I ended up walking out with to little senegals like 2" a piece. They are in my tropical native tank lol. I have three bullheads, three dollar sunfish and two senegal bichirs. I had them before but last time I didnt know what I was doing really and I plan to grow these guys out to be monster size . So my question is what is the general growth rate on them? I know it is pretty slow. Thanks and I will get pictures up later.

not very slow, for senagals its normally 3/4-1in. a month depending on what you feed it etc.. and of course it varies, like i think it was marvinbaker who got a congicus and in 3 months it grew 10in.

Mine grows very slow, I'm gonna seperate it tomorrow so it gets the "special care"

I think senegals grow pretty fast. Mine grew about 4" in 5 months.

He went from 3" skinny earthworm in October 2006

To 7" fat sausage in March 2007

Cool thanks guys. I have been trying to beef em up pretty well cuz they are really skinny and I think my bullheads are starting to look at them funny... I will try to get some pictures of them tonight I can't find any batteries.
