Why do members still host their pics?

Just curious, I noticed a lot of people still use other websites to host their pics, like photobucket, ets. Why do you guys still do this? You can attach all of your pics through MFK and its much quicker! No need to take that extra step.

Reason I ask too is because photo hosting sites are blocked at work and I can never see pics. So everybody start attaching pics so I could see them again!!! :D
 
Name of the thread and the body of the thread confuse me... but, I see what your saying.
 
I know I do it b/c I am used to it from other forums
 
lol, how is it confusing? sites like photobucket "host" your pics....
 
I rarely do anymore...but the main reason I have is because a I can post something before each pic that way...ya know type what I want to say about the pic, the paste it...type something under and paste another. When you manage attachments you have to type everything then add the pic/pics no typeing between them (did that make since the way I said that?)

Another reason I have were times that I no longer had the pic on the computer but I did have it at Photobucket or wherever.;)
 
One big reason why I picked this forum over others, is due to the easy picture hosting... Most of other forums require photobucket or whatever, and that is a waste of my time...

no!! you can also type in between pics when attaching. you just attach all your pics, then open the manage attachments tabs, and insert each one you want in between words and what not.

yeah, im on another forum where you can attach a max of 25 pics, forever! that really sucks. i like how MFK has unlimited attachments. photobucket or other sites is such a hassle...
 
i use photobucket bc i have all my other pix on there and i just like to have all my stuff together.
