Why do you do this Walmart?

Agreed and bear in mind most people that came in to purchase fish and such didn't really appreciate us asking questions or offering any advice so I became somewhat selective in who I extended extra assistance to.
When people at my lfs or this forum tell me that I can't keep certain fish with the ones I have now, I do listen, and I don't see why some others can't. There are predator fish big and small (Bichirs, ells, exodons, etc...) that you can keep in aquariums and the same goes with colorful fish. (Guppies, Angels, American cichlids, African cichlids, etc...)

Walmart spreads misinformation just to make a sale. They do not care about the lives of their fish, all they care about is PROFIT. I would never buy fish from walmart. They all have ich and there are at least 10 dead fish in a tank at a time. All they have are guppies and goldfish at the walmart here in salt lake. Also, the walmart is in a bad neighborhood.

They don't even have people trained to handle the fish or know anything about the fish. Someone that works in the garden area will go get the fish if you want to buy some. They just sell fish because people will buy them.
I have also noticed that most of the people who buy fish at walmart haven't done any reasearch and don't know anything about fish. I do not think that walmart should sell fish. The fish are overpriced also. You can get an ich infested feeder guppy for $4.99 and you can get a healthy feeder guppy for ten cents at the LFS.

The walmart here in salt lake sells only comet goldfish and feeder guppies. All of them have ich. Walmart should not even sell fish if they can not care for them. All of their employees are oblivious when it comes to fish care.
