Why does my blood parrot look different from everyone elses?

thanks for all the help guys, it's weird the face looks exactly like a red devil but body like blood parrot, i'll try and get a closeup of his mouth but it doesn't look mutated at all it is just a small slit but it does stay open a little just not that much, also to embed I used the [ yt ] [ / yt ] tags !

I have a weird little guy too, hes gray and has blk stripes, hes not shy at all! he nibbles at my arowanas all day long! haha xD
