Why does Puff Daddys son need a scholarship??

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
one thing a lot of people don't realize you are not entitled to money. Just because your parent(s) are rich that doesn't mean they have to support you past the age of 18 (in the USA)

If it is a merit scholarship then it should be based on merit only. If he earned it, he earned it.

Now, if Puff Daddy decides to make a matching or more donation to the school, I'm sure that is welcomed and will play well, but don't take away a scholarship away from the kid just because he is rich.

Who cares? If he earned it himself, leave him alone.

i did never understand how the biggest idiots are allowed to pass college with ease just because football...

You don't get a 3.75 gpa by being an idiot.

Exactly.

If he earned it he deserves it. Just because his dad is rich he shouldn't be rewarded for his hard work and good grades?

the thing is, NASA has to cut many projects, mars is from the list, jupiter is from the list...the scientific branch in USA is starting to cripple and the budgets are cut ...yet there are millions of $ to support football players who can't count till 3. That angers me. That entire program is a joke.

I dont get it either, I think its because bigger idiots get such a kick out of it. I understand its the guy goin to school, and technically his dad doesnt have to give him anything, but when you come from "money aint a thang, we pourin chris, rollin Bentlys", and what have you, you should at least have the class to pass on the scholarship. Its such a drop in the bucket for these guys.

because the football programs bring in more money than the school spend on it.

That's why some of those football players are getting a free pass.
