Why don't I find something girly to do?

I'm sure many of us here will find "girly stuff" repulsive. go with your heart and there'll definitely be people out there who'll appreciate you for who you are. :)
 
listen to your heart follow your dream, after all life is what you make of it, take your parents advice on matters that concern moral and ethical issues, everything else is up to you
 
think you should stick with what you love, after all they would soon have something to say if you were wearing pink bows and frilly dresses and constantly miserable, you sound a bit like me, i actually found myself getting exited over a new filter lol,and watching a dvd ( it hasnt even arrived yet).. no. you definatly stick with what makes you happy ,this is life not a dress rehersal :)

Your plan sounds good to me, your still young and have lots of time to perfect your skills with the camera or to study up to be a zoologist.
I say stick with your dreams and ignore the negative, if it makes you happy and doesn't hurt you or anyone else then who cares if it's not "girly" enough, keep at it.
 
i really don't see whats wrong with a girl liking "ugly animals" (as your aunt puts it)
or doing what you like
what is point of living when you live life just to please others
i would freak out if someone said i have to change the way i live
but i do think when i get suggestions from people who actually care about me say something (like my parents, or my cousin, and friends to an extent) but what others say i don't give a rats **** about
 
correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure that being a zoologist or photographer would make a lot more money than a teacher. it kinda seems like your aunt is unknowingly trying to push you away from your full potential. you know what I say?

eh dont listen =] it's ok to like a lot of non-girly things but over here I think a lot of people think it's cool b/c not many girls like guy stuff lol. Do what you want to do becuase in the end whatever you do is for yourself and no one else =]
 
All you can do is be yourself..
 
The days of doing something "girly" are long gone. Maybe she grew up in the "sit there, be quite and look pretty" era....you and I however did not.

It seems you are on a fine path in life.....keep walking.:)
