if u want to report someone, ur local game and fish is who u should call.. they will gladly help the seller "rehome" his/her fish.. but thats ur choice..

Fortunately, in the US, citizens are protected by the fourth amendment, Fish and Game or any other government agency cannot come inside your home without being invited or, of course, an emergency situation, without a warrant.

If they do come into your house without a warrant/emergence/invite then call 911 and refer to the second amendment.............

It depends on your state. Here in Alaska its legal to own and sell but not to import/export. The LFS had a Snakehead for sale and one of the workers there is Fish and Game during the summer. That sucker was around 20 years old and they sold it 3 times.

The ban on them has no impact on them as an invasive species. Federal law regarding pets and animals in general is a complete load of BS! It makes no sense and has little impact on our impact on wild life. Its worse than just reactionary, its completely unbalanced, biased, and illogical. At best they attack our rights as Americans at worse they damage the very natural world it sets out to protect.

Gila Monsters are in the same boat. I can't even buy a captive born chipped one and keep it here in AZ. Unfortunately my wife is in the legal industry and she won’t let me have one also............. Double whammy. Now I go to my friends house and feed his Gila Monsters...
