I'm not from a Hispanic descent but everyone Hispanic i know warns me not to eat too much tortillas because of the lard mixture, i ask the same question "isn't it just flower but they told me they lightly batter it with lard, someone of Hispanic descent please clarify just my 2cents.
 
A few thoughts come to mind that make me think you're somewhat of a hypocrit in promoting not eating animals for their sake, then buying food from a place who's primary menu revolves around meats.

That aside, it sucks that they messed up your order - but I think you're blowing this way out of porportion. You're going to waste a day of your time venting to a regional manager, who will stick his head up your butt and do whatever it takes to make you walk away with a smile, then laugh about it with the other regional managers at the next big meeting.

Most people would be stoked to get a chicken quesidilla for the price of a cheese only! Oooooh yeah.
 
The RM is just going to politely listen, nod, and give you some Taco Bell coupons.

:iagree: thats what they get paid to do. make sure customers are "happy" and dont sue the place blind!
 
I want nothing but a sorry for somebody. I want no money, no coupons, nothing!! I just want a sorry. and for me being a hippocry I buy my vegetarian food at whole foods an all organic store that also sells meat? I also buy it at other grocery stores that sell meat? I can't stop them.People on here are always dogging on Petsmart but 50% of them still go there and support them and their bad fish management by buying food and tank items there. We all want to go "Green" but then again we are quick to go drive our car and use alot of electricity. =\
 
What good is a sorry when the wrong guy is the one apologizing, it's not heartfelt and he (manager) didn't treat you like ****. In the end the jerk is getting away with being one, you still got the wrong meal, and you're wasting tons of gas for something you paid less than $2 for. I can understand the principle of it, but be realistic is it worth it after all?

I have to go into town anyways to get new substrate, ill just go buy it that day. And no the assistant manager has to be there too =\. I just want a sorry nothing more.
