My god dude, that's a big heaping mess of awful. I'm so sorry to hear your family is going through this ****. I know we've had our differences but I'm pulling for you and your family... that just sucks. I wouldn't wish that **** on anyone. I'm usually pro-cop but that's just ridiculous.
Are you sure you aren't gonna get in trouble posting "evidence" in a public forum?
 
Ill gladly exchange words if they want to play. Hince actually signing my name. FTP. my wife told them the night they cuffed me that I hate them. They already screwd themselves as uncle b was in booking hours before they had a search warrant issued. No need for all the other evidence of it, and there is alot I didnt post
Things are actually worse than I can say but the first part is where alot is at. But less than 10 people know the full story. My own stepmom doesnt know it.....

Cops in Idaho are no better. Saying you'd rather not be searched = probable cause to be searched. We lost our freedom and rights decades ago. I've chosen to blend in and play cardboard (nothing illegal or exciting in my life), since living off the grid left me malnourished and cold. This kind of assault from the powers that be is nothing new. I'm awfully sorry that your family has felt the sting of government and I do hope you have the money to pursue legal action against the whole lot of porcine ingrates.
 
Contact the media! Normal or someone anyone. Normal might be able to help you!
Scream and holler about the cops to any one every where who will listen.. this is BS.

As a former federal leo, a little advise:

Stop posting public comments.
Keep a private WRITTEN log of names (or any ID possible), times, dates, locations and events.
We speaking to any "authority" (i know it is a lose term at times) remove emotion and expletives, it may feel like you're backing down, but you will actually be beating them at their own game.
If possible get a lawyer now to help you with recording what rights, etc are being violated.
Absolutely do not try to rep yourself/family in court no matter what.
If you try and lose a criminal case against them, pursue a civil case ($$$).

My family is taking care of most of that. Most of what happend to me involving the police was some what justified........ some what is the key here. IMHO most was not. I just cant go into that part of the story
