I think yours just needs to fill out a bit more. Give him some more time. I think the shape you're looking for doesn't come in until they get to be about 7" long.

Agreed. My sevs always looked a little sub-par until they got larger. I'd concentrate on foods that have high carotenoids in the blend. That will help the reds come out. Patience will go a long way in this! Oh, and keep the water pristine!! Good luck.
