Why is my group of 4 not working?

Yeah mine live w/ geos, red wolf, bichirs, an orino pbass, and an aro knife, geos are basically the dithers and I have some low profile driftwood and plastic plants

I want my tank to have a more prehistoric/predator theme so I was thinking either pink tail chalceus, needle nose gars, archer fish, or silver arowanas. Just kidding about the last one haha. But what do you guys think?

Quite a few good vendors have them currently,that's why I mentioned them.They have gone down in price a little too!
