Why is my tinfoil swimming or hovering vertically?

Hi guys just recently one of my tinfoils has been sort of treading water verticallywith its mouth to the top of the tank,the others sort of hover normally but hes doing this but when it comes to feeding or swimming about,its fine?

Pics...I would say if it CAN swim normally sometimes it is probably fine, I used to keep tinfoils and noticed weird stuff like this. A pic or 2 would help though, pop one up for us.

Just a pic of what its doing,it can swim normally and eats normally etc but i dont want it to suffer so what do you think?
It stays like that swimming vertically and say if the aro comes round,it just swims off normally?

If he's swimming vertically then he probably has swim bladder issues........
