i bought because i wanted an extemly aggressive fish to keep alone but mine is the nicest fish i have it wont even touch feeder guppies

why is its face so pointed and long mine doesnt look anything like that. Lucky i wish mine wasnt aggressive it did a no no and is in time out.

Poke it with a stick? Its just not aggro, could be a female.

There are a ton of reasons why a fish isn't aggressive, most of which have to do with maturity or comfort in the tank.

give it summ time it will tuffen up or get beaten up

That doesn't look like a Midas (A. Citrinellum) it looks more like a Red Devil (A. labiatum) that explains the lips and slimmer, less bulky body.

Did you just introduce the fish? If so, you may have thrown him/her into an already established territory. Give it time. By the way, my guess is it's a female based on size (4 inches) and fin structure.

Good luck! If i'm right about the Midas vs. red devil issue then that is a lucky find.

That's because it a Red Devil, A labiatus, not a Midas, A. citranellum. It'll still eat that oscar one day. Ken
